Job Description

Lead and manage a team of interior designers handling 2025 residential projects per month Conceptualize and deliver customized, innovative, and luxury interior designs Ensure timely, target-oriented design deliverables aligned with business goals Conduct and participate in client and sales meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions Coordinate with sales, execution, and project management teams for seamless delivery Review design outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand standards Mentor team members and drive performance improvements
Preferred candidate profile

Experience working with design-build or construction companies Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
