Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate architectural models and drawings using

sketchup / D5

. Create

realistic 3D renders and visualizations

for client presentations. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure design accuracy. Work on architectural detailing, material application, and lighting for renders. Ensure all deliverables meet international standards and project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience

working with Revit and rendering software. Strong skills in

Lumion, D5, V-Ray, Enscape, or 3ds Max

, Good understanding of architectural detailing, layouts, and design documentation. Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines. Flexibility to work in

US shift timings

(night shift). Previous experience on

USA/California-based project

is added advantage
