About the Role

We are looking for an Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor to join our team at Opulent Kuche. The role involves overseeing modular kitchen and modular furniture interior projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth on-site execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the first client enquiry by visiting the site for initial measurements and detailed site analysis. Manage day-to-day activities at project sites and ensure work is executed as per design plans and technical drawings. Coordinate between the design studio, contractors, and vendors for seamless project flow. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to quality standards. Handle client interactions on-site, address queries, and provide updates on project status. Track project timelines, material delivery, and ensure on-time completion. Maintain accurate site documentation including measurement reports and daily progress records.
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent field. Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision for residential interiors. Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and timeline commitments. Freshers with sound technical knowledge and a willingness to learn on-site execution are welcome to apply.

Requirements

Must be able to commute to project sites across Pimpri-Chinchwad. Willingness to relocate to Pimpri-Chinchwad prior to joining. Work Location: In-person (site-based role)
