Job Description

1. Taking requirements of clients and understanding their design perspective.

2. Visit site and take measurements as per the customer requirements.

3. Prepare 2D drawings and 3D designs as per the customer requirements.

4. Do site validation [final measurements for all scopes of work] as per the finalised designs, revising the drawings and designs, checking pre-execution site status and updating on issues if any.

5. Understand our approach of design, execution and customer behaviour and following the same.

6. Attending client and site meetings.

7. Coordinating with vendors & sub-contractors as per the project requirements.

8. Communicate and coordinate all actions with colleagues, office seniors, clients, project managers and labourers.

9. Taking the required precautions to avoid mistakes on site and in factory work.

13. Attending for the customer queries on site or in the experience center.

14. Give a walk-through of the experience center to customers and noting down necessary points/aspects of their visit.

15. Prepare quotations/estimations for existing customers and new leads.

16. Prepare BOQs of Hardware, Electrical, Woodwork material, etc and place an order after approval.

17. Prioritize the activities in sequence, planning & scheduling works to save the resources like Man, Material & Time.

18. Promote and foster a positive team environment through communication and work ethic; help identify issues and work to resolve conflicts.

19. Handle all project disputes, risk identification & mitigation.

20. Monitoring & control, Error management, Quality control & safety.

21. Every day updates to clients and office seniors.

22. Should manage multiple projects at a time.

23. Should be ready to travel to multiple places for work, when such scenarios arise.

24. Any existing or new policies of the organisation should be followed with sincerity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
