Job Description
Dear Candidate, Hiring for Site Supervisor with leading Hospitality/Retail industry in India. Location: Ahmedabad Candidate should be willing to Travel PAN India based on Project deadline. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
- Coordination with Contractor & Consultants / Architects
- Coordination with all the agencies working on site - Civil / Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Kitchen equipment
- Reviewing of GFC & Maintaining GFC Drawing record
- Maintaining Material Deliverable checklist
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Reviewing daily construction work and reporting
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Preparing weekly Progress report
- Attending site meetings or events with Consultants /Airport Authorities
- Satisfactory Site Hanover with zero snag
- Verification of as built drawing & submission
- Diploma holder interior Design/B.tech in Civil engineering
- 5 to 6 years in interior execution (F&B industry is preferable)
- AutoCAD, MS-Office suite especially Word, Excel, MS Project ,PowerPoint and Outlook and Document Management Systems
- Day shift
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- total work: 6 years (Preferred)
- 50% (Preferred)
