Job Role

We are hiring an

Interior Designer - Sales

who can handle client consultations, convert design leads into sales, and coordinate internally for project execution. This is a

target-driven role

, not a pure design position.

Key Responsibilities

Attend assigned interior design leads and meet clients Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines Present design concepts and explain material specifications Prepare quotations and assist in deal closures Coordinate with design and execution teams post-closure Follow up with clients to move deals forward
Required Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of interior design concepts Sales mindset with ability to close deals Client handling and negotiation skills Understanding of modular kitchens and residential interiors Working knowledge of AutoCAD / 3D tools is an advantage (not mandatory)
Eligibility

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred 1-5 years experience in interior sales or design-sales role Must be comfortable with targets, client meetings, and follow-ups Candidates based in Noida or nearby NCR preferred
Compensation

Fixed Salary + Incentives (performance-based) Salary range depends on experience and closing capability High performers can grow quickly in responsibility and earnings
