Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand space, requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Convert walk-in, online, or telephonic leads into confirmed site visits and design consultations.
Coordinate with design and execution teams to present proposals, mood boards, and estimates.
Follow up regularly with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales funnel updates in CRM.
Upsell or cross-sell other services like false ceiling, lighting, furniture, or renovation services.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure post-sale client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
Confidence in handling high-value clients and large-scale projects
Basic understanding of home interior concepts and materials (modular furniture, laminates, appliances, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (any field)
Prior experience in interior sales, real estate sales, furniture retail, or home decor preferred
Fluency in Hindi and English
