Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle interior designers and retail clients. Meetings with interiors. Lead, manage and execute the showroom sales, design, and estimation functions. Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. Manage and increase retail sales and interior key accounts Support and guide the design team in preparing layouts, production drawings, 3D models, and project estimates. Ensure accurate pricing, estimation, and timely proposals to clients. Train and mentor team members to enhance skills, efficiency, and performance. Provide market insights and contribute to showroom growth strategies. Foster long-term relationships with premium buyers, architects, builders, and corporate clients.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of sales, design and project estimation of furniture project. Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams. Good knowledge of modular furniture system.

Preferred Skills & Qualities:



5 years of proven experience as a team leader in interior designing company. Leadership qualities with strong decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati. Strong negotiation and client-handling skills. Tech-savvy with advanced MS Excel & design tool proficiency. Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
