Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Interior designer

with strong expertise in customer interaction and sales. You should have experience in closing business deals and understanding customer requirements. Business growth and revenue generation is primary areas of focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals to clients. Explain design rationale, material selection, and layout choices confidently to gain client trust. Convert design presentations into confirmed projects by persuasive communication and professionalism. Coordinate with the estimation and execution teams to ensure project feasibility and accurate costing. Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospects to maximize conversions. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and market pricing to make realistic proposals. Manage end-to-end client communication from first meeting to final closure. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining design integrity. Work closely with project and execution teams to ensure the client's design expectations are delivered.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
