Meet walk-in and referred clients and understand their interior design requirements.
Conduct site visits to assess space, layout, and client needs.
Create and present design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max for 3D designs.
Present design proposals and explain pricing, timelines, and materials.
Close sales by converting leads into confirmed projects.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project handover.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle follow-ups, feedback, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in interior design with client-facing or sales exposure.
Experience in residential interior projects preferred.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle end-to-end client consultations and conversions.
