The Role
We're seeking a creative, client-focused, and detail-oriented
Interior Designer
to lead end-to-end design and consultation for our
premium home interior projects
in Kochi. You'll be the face of IRIPL's design excellence -- translating client aspirations into stunning, functional, and value-driven 3D spaces using our curated
Budget, Premium, and Luxury interior packages
.
This is not just a design role -- it's a
consultative sales position
where aesthetics meet business acumen, timelines, and client trust.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client needs, lifestyle, budget, and spatial constraints -- then
recommend the right IRIPL package
(Budget / Premium / Luxury).
Create
photorealistic 3D visualizations
(using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar) tailored to Kerala home aesthetics and climate considerations.
Guide clients through
material, finish, and hardware selections
(Greenlam, Hettich, Asian Paints, etc.) with a focus on durability and premium feel.
Prepare
detailed BOQs, layout plans, and transparent quotations
aligned with IRIPL's pricing structure --
zero hidden costs

Conduct
on-site or virtual consultations
with high-intent homeowners as required
Collaborate with project managers, factory teams, and site supervisors to ensure
design integrity during execution
.
Maintain
timely project delivery
within IRIPL's 45-day guarantee framework.
Build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a
hassle-free, premium client experience
from first contact to handover.
Requirements
2+ years
of hands-on experience in
residential interior design
, with a strong portfolio in
premium/luxury homes
.
Proven experience in
package-based interior selling
-- not just design, but
consultative quoting and conversion
.
Mastery of
3D design tools
: SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion).
Deep knowledge of
modular systems
,
branded hardware (Hettich, Hafele)
,
laminate & veneer finishes
, and
Kerala-specific spatial planning
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills -- ability to explain design choices confidently to homeowners.
Familiarity with
Kochi's real estate landscape
(apartments, villas, traditional Kerala homes) is a
strong advantage

Portfolio demonstrating
clutter-free, functional, and elegant home interiors
with attention to storage, lighting, and flow.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
