Job Summary

We are seeking a

creative and detail-driven Interior Designer

with

2-5 years of experience

. The role involves

conceptualizing, space planning, 3D visualization, BOQ preparation, and on-site execution

for a wide range of projects. This is a great opportunity for designers eager to

work on diverse projects

and grow with a reputed design firm in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Handle interior design projects

from concept to completion

, ensuring client satisfaction. Understand client requirements and create

innovative layouts, elevations, and design presentations

. Prepare

mood boards, 3D renders, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings

. Develop

cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and project timelines

in Excel. Research and source

furniture, finishes, decor elements, materials, lighting, and accessories

. Coordinate with

architects, consultants (MEP/structural), vendors, and contractors

. Conduct

regular site visits

to supervise project progress and ensure adherence to specifications. Stay updated on

latest interior design trends, tools, and materials

.

Requirements

Experience:

2-5 years in

residential, commercial, or office interior design

.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Excel

.

Design Skills:

Strong in

space planning, material selection, lighting design, custom furniture, and color theory

.

Communication:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills for

client and vendor coordination

.

Project Management:

Ability to manage

multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines

.

Location:

Candidates must be

based in Mumbai

.
