Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced

Interior Designer - Project Manager

to lead the creative and operational delivery of vacation rental design projects. This role requires someone with both strong design sensibilities and excellent project coordination skills. If you're organized, detail-driven, and understand what makes a space both guest-friendly and Instagram-worthy, you'll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage short-term rental spaces from concept to completion Develop mood boards, 3D models, space plans, and presentation decks Select furnishings, finishes, decor, and materials tailored to high-traffic environments Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property owners remotely Oversee timelines, budgets, procurement, and logistics for each project Stay on top of current design trends and short-term rental performance metrics Provide styling support and guidance for project setups and photoshoots

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in interior design, ideally with project management exposure Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or equivalent design tools Excellent aesthetic judgment and understanding of functional design Clear communicator with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience working with vacation rental properties is a major plus Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
