Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their design vision, functional needs, timelines, and budget considerations.
Create original design concepts, including mood boards, layouts, and 3D renderings.
Prepare comprehensive design documentation covering space planning, material selection, finishes, furniture, and decor.
Identify, source, and coordinate materials, furnishings, and accessories while maintaining budget alignment.
Work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
Monitor project progress and support timely delivery of design milestones.
Present design ideas, concepts, and proposals clearly and confidently to clients.
Keep up to date with emerging design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as an Interior Designer with a strong and diverse portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
, and
Adobe Creative Suite
.
Solid understanding of color theory, spatial planning, lighting, and furniture design.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
