Job Description

Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, space usability, and budget. Create design concepts, mood boards, color themes, space planning, and layouts. Develop creative design proposals using 2D plans and 3D visuals. Present concepts to clients in a professional and appealing manner Prepare detailed working drawings - Floor Plans, Elevations, Furniture Layouts, False Ceiling, Lighting Plans, etc. Coordinate with 3D visualizers for realistic renderings. Ensure accuracy in BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material selection, measurements, and specifications. Convert design concepts into material lists, budgets, and project specifications. Handle feedback, revisions, and design approvals professionally. Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Architects, Civil Engineers, and 3D teams. Provide detailed design instructions to site execution team. Ensure smooth coordination between design and execution departments. Ensure the final output matches the design, drawing, and client expectations. Oversee styling, decor setup, and finishing touches before handover. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc. Strong sense of aesthetics, color, lighting, and spatial arrangements Good communication, presentation, and client handling skills Project management and time management abilities Creativity, detailing, and problem-solving mindset
