Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts for high-end resorts, banquets, and sports facilities.
Prepare mood boards, material palettes, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in alignment with budget and functionality.
Oversee site execution, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master's is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing interiors for
resorts, banquet halls, and sports complexes
.
Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong visualization and presentation skills.
Excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of latest materials, trends, and sustainable design practices.
Preferred Qualities:
Passion for hospitality and recreational design.
Keen eye for detail, space planning, and user experience.
Understanding of acoustic, lighting, and ergonomic considerations in large spaces
