Job Title: Interior Designer

Reports To: Design Lead / Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to take ownership of design development, client communication, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while collaborating with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept development to final handover.

Create detailed layouts, working drawings, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

Develop 3D views and mood boards to communicate design intent.

Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.

Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and coordination with contractors.

Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in budgeting.

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ensure design adherence during execution and conduct quality checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Suite.

Strong conceptual and design development skills.

Good understanding of construction details, materials, and interior execution.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
