Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join Designs by Sonam and Neha. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial projects, strong design sensibility, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop design concepts, space planning, and mood boards
? Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software
? Assist in material selection, color schemes, and finishes
? Participate in client meetings, presentations, and revisions
? Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and execution teams
? Prepare BOQs, costing estimates, and project documentation
? Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
? Stay updated with current trends in interior design and architecture
Required Skills
? Proficiency in software such as:
AutoCAD
SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit (any)
Photoshop / Illustrator
MS Office
? Strong understanding of:
Design principles
Space utilization
Lighting layouts
Material knowledge
Furniture and decor styles
? Additional strengths:
Creativity and visual imagination
Good communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in teams
Preferred Experience
? Completed internship in interior design or architectural studio
? Portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects
? Site supervision exposure is a plus
