Requires Tendering / Estimation / BOQ Specialist for a Interior Designer company at Prabhadevi

Post - Tendering / Estimation / BOQ Specialist

Experience - Minimum 5+ Years

Qualification: Graduate

Industry: Architecture / Interior Design

Gender - Male

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage tender documents, BOQs, and estimates

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors

- Analyze and negotiate quotes and bids

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements

- Collaborate with design and project teams

Requirements:

- Experience in tendering, estimation, or BOQ in architecture / interior design

- Knowledge of construction processes and costing

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills

- Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, or similar tools- Prepare and manage tender documents, BOQs, and estimates

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors

- Analyze and negotiate quotes and bids

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements

Requirements:

Skills and qualification

Should be good in excel, word and AutoCad.

Should be prepared a progress report.

Knowledge of the interior project process is must.

Working Days & Time :- 9.30am to 6.00pm | Monday to Friday ( Saturday :- 9.30am to 3.00pm)
