Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and technically sound Interior Designer / Architect

to join our team. The candidate should be proficient in preparing interior and architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations, with strong command over AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

interior and architectural layout drawings

as per design requirements Develop

detailed working drawings

including plans, sections, elevations, and details Create

3D models

using SketchUp for interior and architectural projects Assist in

basic rendering

and visual presentations Prepare

design presentations

for client and internal reviews Coordinate with the design team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings Revise drawings quickly based on feedback and site requirements

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

Proficient in

AutoCAD

(must be quick and accurate) Strong working knowledge of

SketchUp

Basic knowledge of

rendering tools

(Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion or similar - added advantage) Ability to produce

detailed interior and architectural drawings

Good understanding of

interior layouts, space planning, and architectural concepts

Skilled in preparing

presentation drawings and boards

Eligibility

Interior Designers or Architects

can apply Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture 0-3 years of relevant experience Internship

Preferred Qualities

Quick learner and fast with drafting and modeling Attention to detail Ability to work under deadlines Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
