Senior Interior Designer / 3D Designer ( SketchUp + Enscape )

We are looking for a serious, hands-on professional, not someone who "knows basics" or depends on others for execution.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

3-4+ years of real, practical experience in interior design / 3D visualization Expert-level SketchUp (modeling speed, accuracy, detailing) Enscape is a PRIORITY You must be able to produce client-ready renders independently Lighting, materials, camera angles should already be your strength Strong understanding of: Interior detailing Space planning Materials & finishes Real-world execution logic (not just pretty visuals)

Your Responsibilities

Create detailed SketchUp models for residential / commercial interiors Produce high-quality Enscape renders within tight timelines Revise designs quickly based on client / senior feedback Coordinate with execution team to ensure design feasibility Handle projects independently after initial briefing

Who Should NOT Apply

Freshers or candidates below 3 years experience Designers who rely heavily on AutoCAD + outsource 3D work Candidates who only "know software" but lack design sense Anyone expecting extensive training--this is not a learning role
