Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to transform spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. This role requires collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that designs meet both client expectations and practical requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative design concepts that reflect the client's vision and requirements. Create detailed design plans using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit. Prepare presentations for clients, showcasing design ideas through mood boards and 3D renderings. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings. Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance design offerings.

Skills

Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and CAD. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee projects from conception through to completion. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of colour theory, spatial arrangements, and construction methods. Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during the design process.
