Job Summary:

We are Seeking a Strategic and Creative Interior Designer with Minimum 5 to 6 years of Experience in Commercial Interiors and Office Fito-uts.

This role requires Sharp Sense of Business Acumen hence the ideal candidate should have Strong Design Skill with Client-Facing Role, Design Presentations and Delivery with high level of Proficiency.

He/ She should have ability to Present and Sell a Design with High level of Creativity with Strong StoryTelling ability through Visuals.

The Ideal Candidate is also Forward-Thinking, leveraging AI and Digital Tools to enhance Design Efficiency, Concept Development and Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Deliver Compelling Client Presentations, Translating Briefs into Visually Engaging and Commercially Viable Design Concepts. Understand and Analyses Client Needs, Business Objectives and Market Context to propose Tailored Design Solutions. Manage end-to-end Project Timelines ensuring Alignment with Design Intent and Client Expectations. Collaborate with the Business Development team to contribute to Client Pitches, RFP responses, and Pre-Sales Design Support. Prepare design documentation including layouts, 3D visuals, working drawings, and BOQs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams across all phases of design to execution. He/She should have strong Design Skill with Client-Facing Role to deliver high level of Presentation Proficiency He/ She Must have ability to Present and Sell a Design with High level of Creativity with Strong presentation ability through Visuals. Stay updated with design trends, Material ,AI innovation, and technology to improve design quality and speed. Visit sites for client meetings, design clarifications, and quality checks. Skills & Competencies: Excellent Verbal and Visual Communication Skills. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint., keep updated with basic and advanced tools related to designing. Good understanding of Materials, Lighting, Furniture and Spatial Planning. Ability to handle Multiple Client Accounts and Manage Client Relationships professionally. Strong Organizational and Project Management Abilities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a Recognized Institute Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in Interior Design. Prior experience in client-facing roles and presentation delivery is Mandatory Preferred Attributes: Passionate about Design and Detail Oriented. Polished, Well-Groomed and Confident in Public/Client Meetings. A Collaborative Team Player with Leadership Potential. Strong in Communication, fluent in English, Presentable. Strong personal presence and a proactive attitude in driving design discussions and client relationships.
