Job Profile

Planning, designing, and furnishing residential properties to create unique and functional living spaces.

Meet with clients to establish decor needs and used AutoCAD and 3D visual designs to create custom project proposals in alignment with client budget, tastes, and timeframes. Implemented workable designs and presentation skills. Sourcing local suppliers to select cost-effective products and foster relationships with vendors to maintain supply chain and meet purchasing goals. Displaying products strategically to help client realize presentation significances in terms of size, color, and placement in relation to existing space and furnishings. Consulting with clients to determine project scopes of work, including space planning, layout, and color schemes. Working with design team to manage workload and deadlines and maintained project schedule and budgets. Coordinating with clients, architects, construction personnel and design team to achieve project deliverables.
