Mid-Level Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Client Coordination:

Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.

Project Execution:

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material boards. Supervise project progress and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.

Site Visits & Inspections:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, junior designers, and other team members for seamless project delivery.

Research & Sourcing:

Stay updated with industry trends, source materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Documentation:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and timely reporting as required for each project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. 3-5 years' experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or mixed projects). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and relevant design software. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management and site execution. Familiarity with sustainable design practices. Portfolio demonstrating completed projects in relevant sectors.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
