Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors. Collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations. Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication. Supervise and mentor design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Drive cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on design, cost, and execution. Provide leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L understanding. Take ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design. Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality. Strong communication and presentation skills with clients. Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation. Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
