We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing innovative and functional interiors for real estate, data centers, residential projects, airports, and metro sectors. You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and sustainable designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development
: Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
Space Planning
: Create efficient and effective space plans that maximize the use of available area while ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
Material Selection
: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project budget and aesthetic goals.
Project Coordination
: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and adherence to timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Presentation
: Prepare and present detailed design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
Software Proficiency
: AutoCAD, SketchUp
Key Requirements
Experience
: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on sectors such as real estate, data centers, residential, airports, and metro projects.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Proven track record of successfully completed projects in the mentioned sectors
