Position Title: Interior Designer (Female Only)

Location: Mumbai Office (Full-time, On-site with Regular Site Visits)

Salary: upto 60,000/- PM

Role Overview: As an Interior Designer at MD Interiors Redefined LLP, you will plan, design, and execute high-end residential and commercial interior projects. You will work from our Mumbai office, collaborate with design and execution teams, and conduct regular site visits for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Concept Development:
- Develop creative design concepts and themes.
- Prepare mood boards, sample boards, and material palettes.
- Apply brand aesthetics and Vastu compliance.
- Research new trends and finishes.

2. Detailed Drawings & Documentation:
- Create Floor Plans, Furniture Layouts, False Ceiling, Electrical & Lighting, Plumbing, Elevations, Modular Kitchen, and Civil Modification Plans.
- Coordinate with draftsmen and consultants.

3. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation:
- Prepare and update BOQs with accurate costing.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing.
- Align BOQs with budgets and client approvals.

4. Client Interaction & Presentation:
- Attend client meetings in the office.
- Present concepts and gather feedback.
- Assist founders with client presentations.

5. Site Supervision & Coordination:
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress.
- Provide on-site instructions to contractors.
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve challenges.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery.

6. Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with design, project managers, and procurement.
- Report progress and issues to founders.
- Maintain project files and communication records.

Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material specs.
- Understanding of Vastu and luxury detailing.
- Strong client handling and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and on-site coordination.

Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.
- 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial interiors.
- Proven experience in execution and vendor coordination.

Working Mode & Schedule:
- Mode: Full-time, Office-based with Site Visits.
- Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Timings: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Flexible as per project needs)
