Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented

Junior Designer

to join our dynamic

Design & Build team

. The ideal candidate will support senior architects and designers in developing creative, functional, and aesthetic workspace solutions. This role provides excellent exposure to commercial interiors and enterprise workspaces, with opportunities to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in design execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in conceptualization, design development, and execution of managed office and co-working spaces. Prepare

drawings, presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations

under senior guidance. Support client meetings by capturing requirements and preparing design documentation. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, procurement) and external consultants (MEP, structural) for project coordination. Assist in

material selection, vendor coordination, and documentation

processes. Conduct

market research

on design trends, finishes, and innovative materials. Participate in

site visits

to ensure design intent is implemented correctly. Support in preparing BOQs, RFQs, and maintaining organized design records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma

in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institute.

1-3 years

of professional experience, preferably in

commercial interiors or workspace design

. Proficiency in design tools:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape/VRay

(knowledge of Revit and CorelDRAW is a plus). Strong creative and spatial design sense with keen attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to

co-working / managed office design projects

. Basic understanding of

services coordination

(HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Knowledge of

sustainable design principles

is an added advantage.
