Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to contribute to the design and execution of interior spaces within Suraksha Smart City. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio, excellent technical skills in design software, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints. Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties within the smart city framework. Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, 3D renderings, and spatial layouts. Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit for construction and fabrication. Utilize Adobe Photoshop for rendering, presentation graphics, and post-production of design visuals. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, and decorative items, ensuring quality, durability, and compliance with project standards. Oversee the implementation of design plans, conducting site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and sustainable building practices. Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in interior design, preferably with experience in large-scale residential or commercial projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

Strong working knowledge of Revit is mandatory.

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop for design visualization and presentation is mandatory.

Familiarity with other design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray) is a plus.

Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material specifications.

Ability to translate client needs and project visions into compelling design solutions.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
