Technical Proficiency:

Utilizing design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and creating 3D models.

Compliance:

Ensuring designs meet safety and building codes.

Presentation:

Presenting design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Sourcing and Procurement:

Sourcing and purchasing materials and furnishings.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
