Specterior Designs, a leading interior design firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in interior design and possess strong software skills. As an Interior Designer at Specterior Designs, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning residential, commercial, and institutional spaces. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that meet client requirements and align with project goals. Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, furniture layouts, material selections, and color schemes. Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create visual representations of design concepts. Prepare presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budgets. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide on-site support as needed. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the design process and beyond.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in interior design. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus. Portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?46,201.57 per month
