Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief" Meet with clients to discuss design requirements, preferences, and budgets. Set costs and project fees according to budget Produce "sample" and "mood products" Supervise work progress
Desired profile of the candidate

We are looking for an Interior Designer to undertake a variety of commercial & residential designing projects. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.

Qualification

Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs Excellent portfolio of previous works Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Communication and presentation skills Project management skills
Technical / Professional

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline 1+ years' relevant interior design experience In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning Able to develop and present design concepts AutoCAD proficiency required
