Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Kasturi Housing in Pune. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E.

Qualifications

Space Planning and Architecture skills Construction Drawings skills Interior Design and FF&E skills Experience in designing luxury homes and apartments Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include project management, knowledge of building codes and regulations, and experience with sustainable design.
