Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

to join our Planning and Construction team in Santacruz. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, space optimization, and functionality, and will play a key role in transforming interior spaces into beautiful, practical environments that align with client visions and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present

design concepts

based on client requirements and project briefs Create

space planning layouts

to ensure functional and efficient use of space Select appropriate

materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures

for design implementation Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renders as needed Ensure design compliance with applicable building codes and regulations Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and materials

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Interior Design Minimum

3 years of experience

in interior design or a similar role Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools Strong communication and visualization skills Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on residential interior projects Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly design principles
