Lead the design of innovative and luxurious interiors for key Fashion TV hospitality projects, from initial concept to final execution . Develop and own the creation of comprehensive mood boards, detailed sketches, and strategic color schemes that define the brand's aesthetic . Create and present impactful design narratives to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision behind each project . Drive innovation by researching and integrating cutting-edge global trends, materials, and technologies in hospitality design . Manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors and architects, and mentor junior designers . #

Key Responsibility Areas

Conceptual Design & Development: Lead the creation of unique and impactful interior design concepts for flagship hospitality projects . Successfully develop and present mood boards, sketches, and design narratives that win client approval and guide the project's direction . Ensure all design output is consistently aligned with FTV's luxury brand positioning . Demonstrate thought leadership by successfully integrating the latest hospitality design trends, materials, and innovations into projects . Effectively manage project deliverables and guide the design team to ensure timely and high-quality execution . #
