Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand design goals, preferences, and project requirements.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.
Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with project themes and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
Prepare and present design proposals and revisions for client approval.
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar).
Strong visualization, color sense, and spatial planning skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
