We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

with at least

1 year of professional experience

and strong expertise in

Coohom software

. The candidate will be responsible for designing and visualizing residential, commercial, and office spaces, ensuring innovative and practical design solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present interior design concepts using

Coohom 3D visualization software

. Create

detailed layouts, floor plans, and 3D renders

for client approval. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences. Select materials, color schemes, furniture, and finishes suitable for the project. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely execution. Prepare accurate

design presentations and mood boards

. Ensure designs comply with functional, safety, and aesthetic standards. Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and software features.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as an Interior Designer. Proficiency in

Coohom software

(3D rendering, walkthroughs, design visualization). Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools will be an added advantage. Strong sense of design, color, and space management. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creativity with attention to detail.
