"Education -- must have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or Interior Design."

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects -- from conceptualization to execution Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and manage project timelines Supervise on-site activities, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained Manage budgets, client communications, and project documentation Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field 1 to 10 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably with leadership responsibilities Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar Strong aesthetic sense with a practical approach to spatial planning Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills Ability to lead a team, multitask, and work within deadlines
