We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Interior Designer

to plan, design, and execute residential interior projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, coordinating with client and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand design requirements, lifestyle needs, budget, and timelines Prepare design concepts, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted for junior/senior roles) Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

3ds Max

,

V-Ray

, or similar tools Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution methods Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills Excellent client-handling abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in turnkey / design-build projects Knowledge of modular furniture and site execution Basic understanding of civil, electrical, and plumbing coordination
