Role Description

We are looking for full-time on-site position & Freelance - work at home positions for an Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer. Will be reporting and coordinating with our Calicut office, candidate should be able to work for projects across Kerala & beyond, as required.

The role involves creating interior design concepts, space planning, developing construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients on behalf of the company, and project teams to visualise and execute aesthetically pleasing, functional, and customised spaces. Key responsibilities include proposing mood boards, developing required design themes, creating 3D visualisations, presenting design 2D/ 3D layouts, and ensuring high-quality and timely implementation of projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces Knowledge of Architecture principles and expertise in designing detailed Construction Drawings Proficiency in 3D visualisation software and design tools Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to conceptualise designs Effective communication and client collaboration skills Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields Prior experience in interior design or decor projects is preferred. Should possess Design ideas for Residential, Commercial & Hospitality projects. BOQ related Technical know-how

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
