Responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide design recommendations, and bring their vision to life. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation

: Meet with clients to determine their design preferences, objectives, and budget constraints. Act as a primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.

Space Planning

: Develop detailed space plans and layouts that optimize the use of available space while adhering to local building codes and regulations.

Design Development

: Create concept boards, sketches, and digital representations of design concepts, including color schemes, furniture, fixtures, and materials.

Material Selection

: Source and recommend suitable materials, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space.

Project Management

: Oversee projects from inception to completion, including budget management, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

. Presentation

: Present design proposals to clients effectively, incorporating their feedback to refine the design plans.

3D Modeling and Visualization

: Utilize design software to create 3D models and visualizations, allowing clients to better understand the proposed designs.

8.

Trend Analysis

: Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technology to ensure that designs are contemporary and relevant.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software.

4. Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Project management and time management skills.

7. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
