Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
Interior Designer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to handle projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Designing
: Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client briefs, design trends, and functional requirements.
3D Rendering & Visualization
: Create high-quality 3D models, views, and walkthroughs using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape.
Interior Space Planning
: Design and detail interior layouts, furniture placements, lighting, materials, and color palettes.
Execution Drawings
: Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documents for execution on-site.
Client Interaction
: Meet with clients to understand their needs, present concepts, and provide design recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Supervision
: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design intent on-site.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
1-3 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software like Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture design, and current interior trends.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings as required.
