Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present design concepts aligned with client needs and budgets.
Create 2D/3D visualizations using Google SketchUp (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
Coordinate with site teams and oversee execution.
Conduct site visits and resolve on-ground design challenges.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors for smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (minimum 2 years).
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential interiors with hands-on site exposure.
Proficiency in Google SketchUp; AutoCAD a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (local language preferred).
Customer-centric, design-savvy, and detail-focused.
