We are seeking a talented and creative

Interior Designer (2D)

to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conceptualizing and executing design plans, creating detailed layouts, and ensuring the highest quality in design delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and project goals. Create conceptual designs and compelling presentations to communicate ideas effectively. Develop detailed floor plans, basic plans, production drawings, and elevations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Provide direction and guidance to junior designers and support staff. Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take accurate measurements, and ensure design implementation aligns with plans. Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies. Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture,

or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio (preferably residential projects). Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,

and

Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of

design principles, color theory, space planning,

and

materials.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of

sustainable design practices

and

current design trends
