We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating inspiring interiors that align with our firm's philosophy. You will collaborate closely with architects, clients, and contractors to develop cohesive and innovative interior spaces. Key Responsibilities - Develop interior design concepts that align with client needs, project goals, and Thoughtful Natives' design ethos. - Create mood boards, material palettes, and detailed design presentations. - Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications for interior spaces. - Select and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting that enhance functionality and aesthetics. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. - Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable materials, and innovative design solutions. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed. - Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - [X] years of professional interior design experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, Corona). - Strong knowledge of materials, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and building codes. - Excellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. - Passion for sustainability and thoughtful, human-centered design. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
