creative and experienced Interior Home Designer
to join our dynamic team and bring our projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop
interior design plans
for residential projects.
Prepare
3D models, walkthroughs, and visualizations
using the latest design software.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized design solutions.
Work closely with the
execution team
to ensure designs are implemented accurately on-site.
Stay updated with
modern design trends, materials, and technology
in interior design.
Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
3DS Max, Lumion, SketchUp
(mandatory)
Familiarity with
AutoCAD, Coohom , V-Ray, or Enscape
will be an added advantage.
Strong sense of
aesthetics, colour palettes, materials, and lighting
.
Ability to
create photo-realistic renders and presentations
for client approvals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Interior Design / Architecture
or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
in residential interior design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and practical design solutions.
