Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Interior Designer / Architect
who can take ownership of projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, and site coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning based on client requirements
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D views, BOQs, and material specifications
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
Assist in client presentations and design discussions
Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered within budget
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and finishes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in
Interior Design or Architecture
1-4 years
of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion
, and MS Office
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and execution drawings
Good communication and client-handling skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
