Job Title: Accounts Manager Company: Dad's Interio Location: Kengeri Work Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays Off) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial health of Dad's Interio. The ideal candidate will manage all financial transactions, from initial client bookings to final vendor settlements, ensuring that our interior projects remain profitable and transparent. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all daily transactions, expenses, and income. Project Accounting: Track budget vs. actual costs for individual interior projects to ensure healthy profit margins. Invoicing & Collections: Generate professional invoices for clients and follow up on timely payment collections as per project milestones. Vendor Management: Handle payments for raw material suppliers, carpenters, and sub-contractors; verify bills against delivered materials. Taxation & Compliance: Manage GST filings, TDS deductions, and ensure compliance with local financial regulations. Payroll: Process monthly salaries for staff and manage reimbursement claims. Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and cash flow forecasts for the management. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting (experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus). Software: Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel (advanced formulas), and GST portals. Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high integrity, and the ability to communicate financial data clearly to the design team. What We Offer A creative and energetic work environment.
