Job Description

Position: Interior Designer

Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Interior Designing

Experience : 3 - 4 yrs of professional Interior work experience.

Tasks and responsibilities :

? Interaction for the design brief from the Internal Team/Sr. management/Client etc.

? Minuting the brief & confirming the same to the client.

? Working and conceiving the design directions for the given projects

? Preparation of Layouts, zoning of the approved design project.

? Preparation of Detail Technical Drawings.

? Briefing Vendors for drawings, details, post approval of design material & application of the

same in design concepts.

? Maintaining of related Document process till the client acknowledges the receipt.

? Visiting Sites & supervising the progress of the job as per the requirement.

? Co-ordination with client for any clarifications / issues at site & recording the same for

continuity.

? Validating detailed drawings.

? Co-Ordinating & maintaining good relationship with the co-staff.

? Any other work assigned from time to time by Team Head / Directors.

? Candidate should have good knowledge & experience in working on software's such as.

Autocad, Sketchup, & other relevant software's.

? Working with MEP Consultant to set the HVAC / Electrical Drawings done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
